Processing of personal data

If you are our client, have subscribed to our newsletter, use our app or visit our website, you provide us with your data. We are responsible for protecting and securing your data. Please familiarize yourself with the data protection principles and your rights under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

I hereby give my consent to OPIM z.s., with registered office on 28. pluku 128/12, Vršovice, 101 00 Praha 10, Identification No.: 265 40 088, incorporated in the Register of Associations (Spolkový rejstřík) maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. L 12033 (hereinafter „Association“) to process my personal data in the following extent:

• identification data (name, surname, date of birth, address);

• contact details (e-mail, telephone number, mailing address);

• professional information indicated in the CV;

• information about diversity (e.g. racial or ethnic background, religion, philosophical opinion, health condition, sex life or sexual orientation), which represent a special category of personal data within the meaning of art. 9, par. 1 of the GDPR; with the purpose of processing this data (with the exception of identification data and portraits) on the Diversity Talent Pool platform („Platform“) and operation of this Platform until this consent is withdrawn. Hereby, I also instruct the Association to publish my personal data on the Platform.

My identification data may be transferred by the Association to the companies who wish to contact me to offer me a job exclusively upon my approval of such transfer via the Platform.

I am aware of the fact that I may withdraw this consent any time. The withdrawal of this consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal.

Declaration

We declare that in our capacity of personal data controller, we fulfil all our legal obligations under the applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and that:

we will process your personal data only based on a valid legal reason, in particular legitimate interest, contract performance, legal obligation or granted consent,

we fulfil the duty to provide information as per cl. 13 of the GDPR before starting to process personal data

we will enable you to assert and exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR and support you in doing so. 

The extent of personal data and the and purpose of their processing

We process your data provided to us by yourself for the following reasons (to meet the following purposes):

service provision, contract performance

Personal data processed: given name, family name, telephone number, e-mail. This data is indispensable for the contract performance.

accounting

We need personal data (invoicing details) in order to fulfil our legal obligations relating to issuing and recording tax documents.

marketing – newsletter mailing lists

We use your personal data (e-mail and name), your gender, the links you open via e-mail and when you open them for the purpose of direct marketing – distribution of commercial communications. If you are our client, we do so in a legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news; we use your data for 5 years.

If you are not our client, we will only send you newsletters based on your consent for 5 years. In both cases, you can contact us and withdraw your consent.

consent-based advanced marketing

Exclusively with your consent may we send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your e-mail address e.g. for re-marketing and targeted ads on Facebook for 5 years. You can withdraw your consent any time by contacting us using our contact details.

photographs, references, live events, workshops

Exclusively with your consent will we use your photographs, references, feedback etc., and we may only do so until you withdraw your consent.

We keep your personal data for the duration of the limitation period, unless a longer data preservation period is stipulated by law or unless we have indicated a different period in specific cases.

Cookies

When you browse our website, your IP address and the information about the time you spend on the website and which website you’re coming from is recorded. We consider using cookies to measure web traffic and customize website experience to be the legitimate interest of the controller, because we are convinced that it allows us to improve the services we offer you.

Cookies for targeted advertising may be processed exclusively with your consent.

Our website can also be browsed in a privacy mode. You can disable cookies on your computer.

Data protection and securing

We protect your personal data as much as we can, using state-of-the-art modern technologies. We protect your data like we would our own. We have adopted all available (currently known) technical and organisational measures preventing damage to and misuse or destruction of your personal data.

Providing personal data to third persons

Our employees and associates have access to you personal data. To ensure some specific processing operations which we are incapable of performing ourselves, we use the services and applications of specialised processing services suppliers who provide even better data protection that we do. Below, you will find a list of these suppliers and the services they provide:

-communication, web and invoicing applications supplier

-e-mail communication and customer support applications supplier 

-Facebook, Google,

-accounting and tax advisors

-IT services, hosting and cloud storage providers,

-customer support assistance services providers,

-payment gateways (payment cards) providers,

-legal services providers, lawyers, press and postal services providers, plug-in providers partners assisting with special events for clients.

In the future, we might decide to use more applications or processing services providers to facilitate the processing and enhance its quality. Should we do so, we promise that the quality and security criteria applied to these new processing services providers will be as strict as those that we ourselves adhere to.
